You can choose from a variety of domestic US shipping options for your SISTARUSA.COM order. And also, you can choose from a variety of shipping options for your SISTARUSA.COM order destined for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US Territories.
2. Shipping Rates
Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time. And all shipping costs include handling and may be subject to state tax.For international customers, the shipping price only includes the shipping and handling of your package. Any custom fees or duties and tides due by your country has to be paid directly to the carrier of your country.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Orders Shipped with USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or Flat Rate Shipping can average 2-7 business days for arrival, within the 48 Continental US States.
4. Other Shipping Addresses
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto we regret that we are unable to shiprestricted itemsto Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, your shipment containsrestricted items, you must use USPS Ground (Parcel Post).
APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
For additional restrictions to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (SeeRestricted Hazardous Items).
5. Shipping Carriers
Orders shipped via standard shipping will be shipped via the US Postal Service or UPS. Unfortunately, there is no way to guarantee that your order will be shipped via a specific method when you choose standard delivery.
Please note when using expedited shipping methods we cannot request or guarantee delivery by a specific time.
It only accepts shipments to a valid street address. Any package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed or charged for an address correction fee.
6. Free Shipping Promotions
Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard service only.
FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
7. Weekend Delivery
Orders shipped via USPS/UPS (standard) are delivered Monday to Delivery is not available on Saturday, Sunday.
8. USDOT Restriction and Hazardous Items
Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT).
Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others.
• Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream, and inhalers.
• Products that contain flammable volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrances, nail polish, bunion treatments, and nail polish remover.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard and cannot be shipped via Expedited or Premium. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.
9. International Shipping
SISTARUSA.COM does not ship to international addresses. We ship to addresses that are located within the United States, Puerto Rico, US territories only. Please visit our website later for more information on international shipping.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with everything from SISTARUSA.COM. If for any reason you’re not, simply return your products, following the below guidelines.
2.Time limit on returns
Products must be returned within 30 days of the Process Date on the order packing slip to receive a refund to the payment method used on SISTARUSA.COM. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
When you return your purchase to SISTARUSA.COM by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
3. Refunding shipping fee
Original shipping charges paid at the time of SISTARUSA.COM order submit are refunded only if the product is defective or mis-shipped by SISTARUSA.COM. In the case of shipping damages, please contact the carrier.
4.Return package shipping fee
SISATUSA.COM does not accept CODs for returned merchandise. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. This returns label is not pre-paid.
5. Return by Mail
1) Fill out the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary.
2) Package your return item in the manufacturer's product box and SISTARUSA.COM packaging (if available).
Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
3) You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

6.Refused Package / Undeliverable as Addressed (Return To Sender)
If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping. Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and shipping cost are not refundable.
Products ordered online can be not exchanged. SISTARUSA.COM accepts return only. SISTARUSA.COM is unable to offer exchanges by mail.
